Terms of Service
Last updated : 04\01\2023Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to my terms of service. Please be sure to read through them thoroughly. I will decline your request if it does not meet my terms of service.I reserve the right to decline any commission that I'm not comfortable with.I retain the copyright over the commissioned image, which means I can use it for self-promotion and post on my social media. The client may reupload and use the piece for personal use as long as appropriate credit to me is given.The commissioner must provide a full clear reference or detailed written description of the character(s) they would like me to draw. Photo references are allowed, but colours may not be accurate in the finished piece.A work in progress sketch will be sent to you after the commission is accepted. I will ask for payment after the sketch has been seen and the commissioner is happy with the current result. I will not continue your commission unless I receive payment first.Payment is made only through Paypal. Prices are listed in GBP.The commissioner may request one major change at the sketch stage (pose change/expression) and may ask for minor tweaks or additions.After the initial sketch, commissions can take up to one month to finish depending on my workload.No refunds will be available for a finished piece. If the commission has gone past the sketch stage, a requested refund will be 50% of the original commission to account for time already put into the piece. If I choose to cancel a commission for any reason, a 100% refund will be given to the commissioner.My art nor any commissioned piece is to be used for NFTs or blockchains.

[Complexity is considered designs with complicated patterns and/or intricate clothes/props/weapons. Symmetrical icons will not be subject to a complexity charge. You're more than welcome to discuss complexity with me if you're not sure if a character falls into this category!]
